Returns Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any catalog or internet item in original unused, undamaged, unworn condition. CD’s, tapes and screen savers must be unopened. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. Please include a copy of your receipt and a brief note letting us know whether you are returning or exchanging and whether your order was made via the phone or the internet. Please be aware that additional shipping charges for exchanges will be incurred. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
