EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY, NO RETURNS:
We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged within 15 days of date it was purchased. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at gatorpatchinc@gmail.com.
Exchange only within 15 day of time of purchase Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, nor flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, sale items.
To complete your exchange item (s) we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange only within 15 day of time of purchase: Once your exchange item 's' is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Sale items:
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly advise to use a trackable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
